Fragmented processes across regions
TESS wanted to modernize and standardize its CRM operations. Previously, systems and workflows were fragmented and varied across regions, making it more difficult to collaborate and use customer data consistently.
The company chose Customer Engagement in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with ProsessPilotene as its partner. The first phase involved development and implementation across several regions.
Shared customer data throughout the sales process
The CRM platform supports the sales process from lead registration to follow-up and reporting. The sales team now has a mobile app, and customer data has been migrated from Salesforce and integrated with the ERP system to provide a single, up-to-date customer database.
Marketing functionality for campaigns, segmentation, and consent management gives TESS a stronger foundation for targeted communication. Insights and reporting support decision-making by both management and sales teams.
Adoption as Part of the Delivery
Superusers received training from the start of the project, and the organization was closely involved. TESS has continued to monitor user adoption after go-live to strengthen collaboration, data quality, and the value of the investment.
“Now that we have imported our customer data from the ERP system and added the relevant contacts, we have a much better basis for tailoring our marketing communications to specific customer groups and segments,” says Ola Hagen Bjerketveit, Head of Sales for Analytics and CRM at TESS.
