Growth made the manual processes more cumbersome
BUA lends out sports and outdoor equipment free of charge through a nationwide network. When the network had grown to 264 branches, the organization wanted to update its systems to secure its data and simplify internal processes as it continued to expand.
The existing ways of working had served the organization well, but as it grew, manual processes became increasingly cumbersome. BUA therefore chose ProsessPilotene as its partner to develop a CRM system tailored to the organization’s needs.
One system for touchpoints and operations
The CRM solution provides an overview of BUA’s points of contact, supports the registration of new members, and makes it easier to establish new branches. Integration with the accounting system, among other systems, will help streamline processes and improve operating procedures.
The solution also gives the administration better opportunities to follow up with the local branches. The next step in the project is a marketing module that will make marketing activities more structured and give BUA better opportunities to reach more people.
A long-term sustainability partnership
BUA and ProsessPilotene have entered into a three-year sustainability partnership. The collaboration links the development of internal systems with BUA’s work to promote activity, a sense of achievement, and community across all sections of society.
“We look forward to getting the marketing module up and running. This will enable us to reach even more people and further improve our services,” says Stina Onsum Berg, who is responsible for the CRM system at BUA.
