Manual access management was time-consuming
GC Rieber Eiendom develops and operates commercial properties in Bergen and manages 225,000 square metres for around 500 tenants. Access cards and permissions were previously managed via email, phone and in-person visits.
This way of working required extensive administration and made it more difficult to keep track of unused cards. At the same time, the need for better identity management and handling of personal data increased.
A portal built around users' needs
Through research, user-centered design, and modern technology, GC Rieber Eiendom and ProsessPilotene developed a scalable portal. The solution streamlines access management and centralizes administration across the properties.
The portal has provided a better overview of customer data and made onboarding easier and faster. It can be used across the property portfolio, providing a flexible foundation for further development.
Moving toward greater automation
The next step is closer integration with the access control system. The goal is to reduce processing time and automate repetitive tasks for both employees and tenants.
“ProsessPilotene has delivered a tailored solution that streamlines our core processes and provides a far better experience for our tenants and employees,” says Bård Bøge, Digital Project Manager at GC Rieber Eiendom.
