Due diligence assessment of own operations

The company’s initiatives include exercise programmes, access to physiotherapy, health insurance with guaranteed treatment, flexible working hours, the option to work from home two days a week, comprehensive training programmes, and opportunities for employees to rotate between different tasks.
There were no cases of injuries or accidents in the workplace in 2025.
The company complies with the Working Environment Act. The company pays its employees above the collectively agreed wage rate.
The company works purposefully to foster a positive social and professional work environment. Annual employee satisfaction surveys are conducted, showing that employee satisfaction remained consistently high in 2025.
Cooperation with the employee organizations, the Working Environment Committee and the company’s employee representative scheme has been constructive and has made a positive contribution to operations.
In 2025, management has focused on strengthening the expertise of the Working Environment Committee (AMU). This has included health, safety and environment (HSE) training for all AMU members, as well as increased awareness of changes to relevant laws and regulations relating to the working environment.
The company’s process for assessing risks related to working environment factors has been strengthened, and the psychosocial working environment has become a more prominent part of the assessment in accordance with amendments to the Working Environment Act effective from 2026.
A simplified channel for reporting non-conformities and submitting suggestions for improvements related to the working environment was also established in 2025.
Equal rights
The company actively promotes diversity. All employees have equal rights within the company.
We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination or unequal treatment based on ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender or any other form of categorization.
The company has an established whistleblowing procedure for identifying and addressing any irregularities.
External environment
ProsessPilotene is consciously and actively committed to reducing negative environmental impacts in all aspects of its own operations and in the solutions the company delivers to the market.
As part of our efforts to reduce our negative environmental impact, we became certified to the ISO 14001 standard in 2024.
ProsessPilotene's policy is to locate workplaces close to our employees to reduce travel. We prioritize energy efficiency, waste sorting, and having all our premises within walking distance of a train station. The company uses trains for most of its business travel in Eastern Norway.
We serve customers throughout the country and make extensive use of modern technology to promote effective collaboration and reduce the need for travel, without compromising the close contact we need with our customers.
All system solutions used by ProsessPilotene are cloud-based and facilitate collaboration across geographical boundaries, reduce the need for travel and power consumption, and enable an almost “paperless office.” The company has no servers of its own.
ProsessPilotene has favorable agreements with equipment suppliers for the recycling and reuse of items such as PCs, which are among our primary work tools.
All the solutions we deliver to our customers offer similar opportunities to reduce their environmental footprint, and we actively work to optimize the solutions in terms of capacity and resource utilization, which affects power consumption.
Combating corruption and bribery
ProsessPilotene does not tolerate any form of corruption or other criminal acts committed in connection with work for the company. All employees are required to sign our guidelines, which are set out in the employee handbook. Any matters considered criminal will be reported to the police.
Due diligence assessment of suppliers and business partners
Due diligence assessments of our suppliers were carried out in 2025.
For suppliers, our policy is to investigate all regular suppliers from whom we purchase more than NOK 200,000 annually. We therefore do not investigate our smallest suppliers of consumables and similar items, but we always assess the risk associated with the supplier's reliability when making purchases.
Our current procedure for the annual assessment of suppliers is as follows:
- If the company itself is subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act and has published a statement on its website, or if a large, publicly listed foreign company has published an equivalent statement, we generally accept its documentation as evidence of compliance. Companies that also hold relevant certifications are preferred.
- For companies that do not meet the requirements in point 1, we send out a self-declaration form and ask the company to complete it in order to obtain a statement.
- The completed self-declaration form is reviewed by HR. If there is reason to suspect that any answers are incorrect, documentation will be requested to substantiate the responses provided in the survey.
- For suppliers considered to pose a risk, we may decide to conduct further investigations, even if they meet the requirements in point 1.
The results of the annual supplier review are documented for each supplier, taking into account the available documentation and our risk assessment.
In 2025, a total of 22 suppliers fell into the category of suppliers that we investigate more closely. Of these, one had insufficient documentation available online. This supplier was contacted and provided a satisfactory response.
In 2025, we began further developing our policies related to supplier assessments for new and existing suppliers. This work will be completed in 2026.
As part of this work, system support has been introduced for approving new types of software, goods and other services. The aim is to avoid unnecessary and high-risk procurements.
Stop/prevent negative consequences
If adverse impacts are identified through the risk assessment, measures must be implemented to stop or prevent them. The measures will depend on the nature and extent of any adverse impacts.
Specific violations of fundamental human rights and decent working conditions
The assessments did not uncover any instances of violations of human rights or decent working conditions in 2025, either in the company’s own operations or in its supply chain.
Through its due diligence assessments, the company has estimated the risk of violations to be low.
Consequently, no measures were implemented in response to violations in 2025.
