Complex orders required a lot of manual work
Jets Group handles large volumes of customer orders, often with many order lines. Manual processing was time-consuming and made it difficult to scale capacity in line with the company’s growth plans.
The goal was to automate a clearly defined part of the process first, allowing the organization to learn along the way and document tangible benefits before expanding the solution.
AI checks the orders before follow-up
The AI assistant checks incoming orders, validates product information, and flags missing information that requires manual follow-up. Jets estimates that this automation saves at least 400 working hours per year.
The new workflow makes it possible to increase order processing capacity without necessarily increasing staffing accordingly. At the same time, Jets has greater control over its processes.
Building on it step by step
The next phase includes customer data validation and several advanced features. Jets is also considering AI support for inventory forecasting, order prioritization, and communication in the event of discrepancies.
“We are seeing tangible benefits and feel that we have gained much better control over the processes,” says Trond Jarnes, Business System Director at Jets Group.
