To manage its continued growth, BUA has identified a need to update and simplify its internal processes. Previously, BUA used manual methods, which have become more cumbersome as the organization has grown.
– The system we have used up to now has worked well, but with 264 branches, we wanted to update it to safeguard the data and streamline our internal processes as we continue to expand, says Vibeke Saarem, BUA’s project manager.
Automation and streamlining
After evaluating several candidates, BUA chose to collaborate with ProsessPilotene. Over the past year, they have developed a CRM system that not only accommodates BUA's growth but also enables smoother future expansion.
Collaborating on sustainability
BUA and ProsessPilotene are now sustainability partners and will work together for a period of three years. Tor Kristoffersen, Sales and Marketing Manager at ProsessPilotene, says it was an easy decision to enter into a partnership with BUA when the opportunity arose. He adds that the BUA concept’s contribution is so clearly sustainable in practice that it is difficult not to be moved by it. For ProsessPilotene, it is an added bonus that BUA operates independently of any political or religious affiliation.
– BUA’s concept, which provides opportunities for physical activity, a sense of achievement and community across all sections of society, is and will remain a highly important contribution on many levels, with far-reaching benefits for society. We are proud to have the opportunity to contribute to BUA’s valuable work, says Kristoffersen.
“We look forward to getting the marketing module up and running. This will enable us to reach even more people and further improve our services” – Stina Onsum Berg, CRM system manager at BUA
"– The partnership between BUA and ProsessPilotene is a shining example of how technology can be used to promote sustainable and efficient solutions for the future" – John Harald Bondevik, CEO of BUA
Customized system
Emil Solhøi, Senior CRM Consultant and Team Leader at ProsessPilotene, has been involved in developing the system from day one. He points out that adapting the CRM system to BUA's specific needs has been an exciting process. – The benefits of a tailored CRM system include providing an overview of all BUA's points of contact, helping to register new members, making it easier to establish new BUA branches, and ensuring sound operating procedures. The solution also includes integrations with systems such as BUA's accounting system to create more streamlined processes, says Solhøi.
One of the potential benefits of changing the system is that BUA's administration will be better able to follow up with the local branches in the network.
The way forward
The next step in the project is to implement a marketing system in the CRM system. This project will be launched in the autumn.
“We look forward to getting the marketing module up and running. This will enable us to reach even more people and further improve our services,” says Stina Onsum Berg, who will be responsible for BUA’s CRM system going forward.
With this new functionality, BUA expects to be able to manage and analyze marketing activities in a more structured and efficient way, which could contribute to the organization’s continued growth and success.
“The partnership between BUA and ProsessPilotene is a shining example of how technology can be used to promote sustainable and effective solutions for the future,” concludes BUA’s Managing Director, John Harald Bondevik.
