Outdated systems met new member needs
Econa had 33,000 members and systems that were becoming outdated. The organization wanted to modernize more than just individual solutions: technology, processes, culture, and expertise needed to be developed in tandem.
ProsessPilotene was selected as the partner for the CRM component of the transformation. The goal was to establish a foundation that could be connected to new solutions and ways of working over time.
CRM as a hub for member data
The CRM system was moved to the cloud and made the core of Econa's system landscape. A new marketing platform provides better opportunities to use member data to share relevant information about offers and benefits.
Econa has also implemented an order module for processing membership fees and a new case management system. The work of moving the core systems to the cloud was completed in just over a year.
Organization-wide buy-in
Digital projects were moved into the business areas, enabling the employees who understand the needs to lead the changes. This fostered ownership and made it possible to maintain a rapid pace of development.
For Econa, the digital backbone is a foundation for gaining deeper member insights, providing relevant services and building a more scalable organization. “Member data is one of our most important assets, and CRM is at the core of it—a hub in the system landscape,” says Arild Fagerland of Econa.
