The seminar programme

The breakfast seminar was scheduled in Oslo on 28 August 2024. ProsessPilotene and Microsoft were to show concrete uses of Copilot in Dynamics 365 and discuss how assistance could fit existing work processes.

What this means for the organisation

A useful assessment covers the task being supported, data access and how the employee checks the result. The programme focused on demonstrations, while organisational follow-up also needs training, measurement and error handling.

The seminar programme announced demonstrations of Copilot in Dynamics 365 and therefore records what the organisers planned to show on 28 August 2024. It does not document participant outcomes. For an organisation, the key distinction is between a demonstrable feature and a work task that can be measurably improved with its own data.

Microsoft’s Sales plan records product capabilities and planned availability in the relevant release period. It helps date the vendor offering but does not show that a particular organisation achieved an outcome. The ProsessPilotene source shows the demonstration or case; the release plan supplies product context and bounds the timeline.

For sales work, testing should attach to a concrete stage such as qualification, quoting or ordering. Data coverage, rejected suggestions and review time should be recorded alongside outcomes. This distinguishes support in the real workflow from a feature that appears convincing in a bounded demonstration.
