- ProsessPilotene announced that its Dynamics 365 Customer Service mini-course at Microsoft in Oslo had reached its 20-person capacity.
- The mini-course was planned at Microsoft in Oslo with 20 places.
- The sold-out notice documents registration status, not learning outcomes.
The course programme
The mini-course was planned at Microsoft in Oslo with 20 places. It targeted end users and superusers working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Participants were to use their own access or a test user and work hands-on with knowledge articles, voice capabilities and Copilot.
What this means for the organisation
The sold-out notice documents registration status, not learning outcomes. The programme nevertheless shows the skills the organisers considered necessary: structured knowledge, an understanding of channels and the ability to use the functions in real customer cases.
The programme combined three skills that are often managed separately: writing reusable knowledge, handling calls in the same case workspace and using Copilot as assistance. Requiring a laptop and system access confirms the hands-on format. The 20-place limit and sold-out notice describe capacity, not documented learning impact.
Microsoft’s release plan describes Customer Service capabilities and planned availability from the vendor’s perspective. It can verify product context but does not record how a particular course, event or service team worked. The ProsessPilotene material supplies the local programme and audience; the Microsoft source bounds the capability timeline.
For customer service, evaluation should follow the whole case: whether the right knowledge was found, channel history was available, a person took over, and corrections were needed. This is stronger evidence than response time alone. Courses and events can show the workflow, while stable operation requires owners and maintenance.
