- The digitalization methodology consists of four phases: insight and initiation, implementation, integration, and management.
- During the discovery phase, interviews, workshops, and mapping of customer journeys and processes are conducted to define objectives, needs, and proposed solutions.
- The implementation phase includes system configuration and customization, data migration, testing, quality assurance, and targeted user training.
- The integration phase ensures seamless workflows by connecting CRM, marketing, customer service, project management solutions, ERP, and specialized systems.
- The management phase focuses on further development, continuous improvement, and user adoption through various training programs tailored to the customer.
1. Insight and kickoff
We start by establishing a shared direction through strategy and process work. This includes conducting interviews with key stakeholders, holding cross-team workshops, and mapping customer journeys and work processes. We assess goals, needs, existing systems, and available data, and develop concrete solution proposals—for example, a recommended process flow, prioritized improvement initiatives, and proposals for system support. At the same time, we build organizational alignment by involving the right roles early on, ensuring that the organization is mobilized and ready for change.

2. ImplementationOnce the direction and solutions have been clarified, we put them into practice. This involves configuring and customizing systems, potentially migrating customers, contacts, and historical data, as well as testing and quality assurance. At the same time, we provide targeted training so that users understand both the solutions and the way of working, enabling them to quickly gain value in their day-to-day work.

This may, for example, involve integration between CRM, marketing tools, customer service or project solutions, ERP, and specialist systems. The right architecture ensures smooth data flow, fewer manual steps, and a unified customer view across the organization. We work systematically according to our proprietary handbooks for both functional consultants (funk) and developers.

The foundation that delivers results
Our methodology is based on the organization’s needs and goals. We begin by gathering insights and mapping processes before designing smart workflows that lay the foundation for the right system architecture and digital solutions.
Through agile implementation, effective engagement, and continuous improvement, we ensure that the solution is adopted and delivers lasting impact.
A sound methodology is the foundation for achieving results!
Develop effective digital processes
We have developed this methodology through hundreds of CRM and digitalization projects, and it is carried out in four phases.
This is how we ensure that customers achieve tangible results from their investments in digitalization:
4. ManagementAfter launch, we provide ongoing management, further development, and continuous improvement. We actively promote user adoption through follow-up, adjustments, and further training, ensuring that the solutions are adapted to new needs over time. We have developed a dedicated training program, including Train the Trainer courses, classroom training, and e-learning. The training is tailored to the customer's needs and organization. This ensures that digitalization continues to deliver business value—even after the project has been completed.
