Frode Stenstrøm demoed two Dynamics 365 portals: EV/meeting-room booking for GC Ribe Eiendom and ProsessPilotene's own my-page solution.
Frode Stenstrøm of ProsessPilotene hosted this webinar, referred to in the recording as "Intelligente portaler" (intelligent portals). The topic was how self-service portals built on Dynamics 365 can digitalize customer dialogue while meeting privacy requirements, illustrated through two customer cases and a walkthrough of the underlying technical architecture.
The first case was GC Ribe Eiendom, a Bergen-based property company, which let tenants book an electric car or a meeting room, and report issues, through a web portal and companion mobile app. Frode Stenstrøm showed the booking flow from the end user's side and from the case handler's screen in Dynamics, where orders, payment and case handling all run on the same platform.
The second case was ProsessPilotene's own my-page solution, due to launch that same summer. It showed editing personal data, GDPR data access and deletion requests, consent and tracking controls, mobile-number verification, topic-interest selection, newsletter subscriptions and password changes, all secured with Azure AD B2C login.
Frode Stenstrøm closed by explaining the architecture: database-free React or Angular front ends, system-neutral web APIs against Dynamics 365, content from Contentful, images from Cloudinary, and hosting on Cloudflare. He gave concrete monthly costs and argued the setup is substantially cheaper to run than traditional CMS platforms such as Episerver or WordPress.
