Working routine
1.Choose a task with a verifiable outcome
Start with work you understand well enough to judge. Describe the audience, purpose and completion criteria. Use approved tools and data; use fictional information in the exercise.

Example: Draft internal status from three named practice documents. Completion means dates, owners and open decisions agree with sources.
2.Provide sources and clear boundaries
Identify allowed sources, required format and exclusions. Ask for visible uncertainty and questions when information is missing. Limit delegated work to drafts when you have not authorised actions.

Use: objective / audience / sources / scope / exclusions / format / checks. 'Make everything and send it' provides insufficient decision control.
3.Review the plan before substantial work
Check whether proposed steps actually address the task. Resolve missing sources and decisions before continuing. Change the plan if it proposes an out-of-scope action.

4.Verify facts and wording
Compare important figures, dates, quotations and responsibilities with sources. Check that facts and proposals are distinguishable. Look for omissions and missing context as well as visible errors.

5.Take responsibility for the final work
Adapt the draft to the audience, correct errors and resolve uncertainty before use. Follow organisational sharing rules. Record where it helped and how much time verification took.
