Use this guide when many people send agreements but no one sees the bottlenecks, versions and handovers. The process owner coordinates with those responsible for subject-specific and legal decisions.
Continue in the business-area learning path
Follow one agreement from need to actual delivery. Identify who prepares, approves, sends, follows up and receives it. Mark waiting and repeated data entry.
Map roles and handovers. Include stopped and corrected agreements, not only fast completions.
Assign every checkpoint an owner. Agree approved templates, maintenance ownership and change approval. Leave content and signing-authority decisions with designated organisational owners.
Create a brief role map and test an exception: The customer changes terms after internal approval. Who must reassess before sending?
Separate internal clarification, recipient waiting and technical problems. Prioritise customer commitments and business impact. Give stalled agreements an owner and next decision.
Practice case: Ten agreements are waiting, but six lack internal approval. More customer reminders will not help. Address approval capacity and ownership first.
Sample completed agreements. Check that delivery owners can find the right documents, understand commitments and own deadlines. Address failures with process owners, not only senders.
Find and explain one agreement without the original sender's help. Record gaps and correction owners.
Choose a pattern such as wrong recipients, template deviations or missing handovers. Trial a small intervention and assess quality and total time. Share the learning with senders.
A useful intervention has a baseline, owner, change and review date. Fewer clicks help only when the agreement remains correct and downstream work succeeds.
The working routines and fictional examples above are ProsessPilotene learning material. Use the official product documentation below for product context; availability depends on your organisation's setup.
