Version 3.16Current version
More value, less friction
•Information pages have a clear main heading in Norwegian and English, including pages without a header image.
•Settings keep synchronizing after many changes. If older offline changes cannot sync, you can keep the synced settings and clear those pending changes.
•If your choice about showing your employer in discussions cannot be loaded, you see an error instead of an outdated choice.
•You can unlock saved items in My page preferences using the recovery code from the app, then open or remove saved content. Enter the code again when you reopen the page.
•Translated notifications follow your selected language. Your inbox keeps the same notifications and read status when you switch languages.
•The homepage shows how your processes can work better together. Explore marketing, sales, service and delivery directly from the new solution cards.
•You can pause the animation. If you have selected reduced motion on your device, the illustration is shown without movement.
•On the services page, you can explore our four areas of expertise through the leaves in our logo. Each leaf takes you to the service, and the overview works with both touch and keyboard.
Version 3.15
Build a business case for your solution
•Pages open immediately: when you browse the website, both the heading and content appear straight away instead of lists loading afterwards.
•The website loads less in the background, so it feels faster on mobile networks too. Videos and audio clips from other services are only loaded when you press play.
•The overviews in My page respond faster when you return to them.
•When you open details in My page, the page header stays in place while the information loads. The heading and final breadcrumb then show the name of the item you opened.
•Your browser tab shows which page you are viewing in My page, including the case or order number when you open a detail view.
•On each solution page, you can build a risk-adjusted value estimate for Dynamics 365, Analytics, customer portals and AI agents using your own assumptions.
•Speaker photos appear without repeating the name and job title below the image.
•Knowledge areas appear alphabetically on one line, and the solutions overview displays solutions directly without an unnecessary content filter.
•Page headers have better text sizes and more consistent spacing on small screens, and FAQs and guides use the simple page header.
Version 3.14
Shared customer cases, a new My page and browser notifications
•Under Security, you can name your passkeys to make them easier to recognise.
•Preferences opens normally again and displays the correct names for your selected language and theme.
•When you submit the Contact us form, your consent to the storage of personal data and your optional areas of interest are saved with your enquiry, without an extra email confirmation.
•Under Preferences, you can choose your areas of interest and subscribe separately to events and updates about products and services.
•My company now opens the company you selected in the account menu. You can manage company information and members directly on the same page, and create a new company from My page.
•If no company is linked to your account, My page only shows personal follow-up and personal settings. You can still create a company from the page.
•When you create your account, you decide whether to allow the storage of personal data before continuing. Under Preferences, you can view and change both this consent and your newsletter choice; your answers are saved immediately without an extra email confirmation.
•Owners and contributors can now view and work with all customer cases belonging to the active company. Private messages remain personal.
•My cases searches as you type and can be filtered by open and closed cases. The overview stays visible while updating, more cases load automatically as you approach the bottom, and you can see how many results have loaded.
•When you create a case, you choose a case type and can clearly see that it is being submitted, even if the submit button is off screen. You can use headings, emphasis, lists, quotes and safe links in the description, attach documents and images, and retry an upload without creating the case again.
•Case details show who submitted the case, its type and its follow-up date when this information is available. Safe images and PDFs can be opened directly, and you always see which attachment you are about to remove. You can also request that a case be closed, with a clear explanation.
•Selecting Log out once starts sign-out immediately and clearly shows that it is in progress. Cleaning up browser notifications can no longer hold you up.
•When you open a page in My page, breadcrumbs, the heading and introduction appear immediately while the content loads. The content uses the same width as the rest of the website.
•You can enable browser notifications under Preferences in My page and receive the same notifications as in the app, even when the website is not open.
•Our workplace culture, roles and vacancies are brought together on Become a Process Pilot, so you can find everything about working with us in one place.
•Become a Process Pilot stops decorative movement when you select reduced motion, and the text on role cards is easier to read.
•My page now has equally sized, colour-coded cards with clear symbols and counters showing where something needs attention. Text is easy to read in both light and dark mode.
•The account menu puts My page first, groups profile, preferences and security around your name, and keeps company selection and company settings together. Agreements is now called Contracts.
•My profile only shows your profile picture and personal information. Consent to storing personal data is under Privacy, while Preferences displays clear language and theme names with consistent action buttons.
•When you open a case or project, its message history uses the same conversation bubbles as the inbox. The new-message button is at the bottom, and the item you are viewing is already selected in the message.
•You can submit practical course assignments as text, a link or a document, view instructor feedback and resubmit when the instructor requests changes.
•When a course receives a major update, you can safely continue with the version you started and clearly see what is new. Your progress and previous completions are preserved.
•You can build a quote like a shopping basket: add products, change quantities and remove lines without waiting. Changes are sent together when you save, before prices and totals update from the customer system.
•On detail pages for cases, projects, quotes, orders, equipment, agreements and companies, you can start a message that is already linked to the item you are viewing.
•On the project page, you can now view its conversations, open them directly in the inbox and start a new message already linked to the correct project.
•Messages and discussions in the inbox appear as clear conversations, with the text field always ready at the bottom. You can choose to send messages with Enter while Shift + Enter inserts a line break. In messages, you can also attach images and PDFs, view images directly in the conversation, download attachments and react to replies from ProsessPilotene.
•My page shows the menu immediately, keeps content visible while updating and only loads the service or conversation you point to. The inbox shows the newest messages first, and you can load older messages as needed.
•The company overview opens without waiting for a check that is not supported in every customer environment.
•On the project page, you can report a risk with its probability, financial impact in kroner and proposed measures, track its status and withdraw it while it is being assessed.
•The knowledge base in My page opens Learn, bringing guides, FAQs, documentation, discussions, courses and events together in one place.
•You can move between knowledge areas using a colourful menu that appears as you scroll. Pages share the same structure, and speaker information is easier to read and open.
•You can filter the entire knowledge feed by topic or by guides, FAQs, documentation, discussions, courses and events.
•On mobile, you can choose between clear content cards and a compact list, and sort results by date or title.
•Old links to Learn and the previously separate content pages take you to the right place in the knowledge section.
•The newsletter section at the bottom of pages now follows the background and text colours of the theme you are reading in.
•The buttons for listening to and sharing content have the same size and follow the brand design on every detail page.
Version 3.13
Everything for your account in My page
•Profile, sign-in security, preferences, privacy and company administration are gathered in My page. You no longer need to visit a separate account portal.
•Company owners can invite staff, change roles and follow up invitations directly on the website, while readers and contributors only see the options their role permits.
•The privacy page shows which company memberships are linked to your account and lets you submit a deletion request. Data export is clearly marked as not yet available.
•Discussions has moved into Learn, appears on the Learn homepage and now has the same page header, breadcrumbs and appearance as the rest of the website.
•If you are signed in, you can participate again. Marking an article as helpful, following a topic, commenting and starting a thread work as expected for signed-in readers.
•Posts you write are now actually published. Comments, threads and replies previously remained unsent; they now arrive immediately instead of waiting for the next cycle.
•The inbox is now a two-way conversation. You can reply to us and mark items as read from My page. First choose All, Notifications, Tasks or Messages, then a status within your selection. Your choices are included in the address, so you can share or bookmark a filtered inbox.
•A comment you leave on an article also appears in the Discussions feed, with a link back to the article where the conversation can be read and answered.
•You can vote on forum answers and mark an answer as helpful, just as in the app. You cannot vote on your own answer.
•Topic tags on a thread display the topic name and are clickable, taking you straight to all discussions about that topic.
•When you open a thread, it shows the question, answers and their authors. Your contributions appear with your name.
•If you write a post awaiting approval, you can see your own text in the meantime instead of an empty card.
•When you share a thread, the preview shows the question itself, and the thread can be found in search as its own page.
•The notification bell and account picture appear in the top menu on small screens too, alongside search.
•An address that does not exist now shows a Norwegian page explaining what happened and offering search, the homepage and the main sections.
Version 3.12
Discussions and a clearer inbox
•Discussions is a new professional forum on prosesspilotene.no. You can read all threads without signing in, sort them and go directly from a topic page to its discussions.
•When signed in, you can start a thread, reply to others and vote on answers. The person who started the thread can mark the answer that solved the issue, and it appears directly below the question.
•Notifications are gathered in a clearer inbox, showing what you have read and what is still new.
•The account menu shows which company you are acting on behalf of, and you can switch companies directly from the menu.
•My page shows your confirmed role in the active company instead of a provisional status.
•Logging out signs you out of both the website and sign-in portal in one step.
•The account menu displays your name when available, and your email address only once when it is not.
•The browser scrollbar follows the colours of the theme and mode you are reading in.
Version 3.11
My cases and a better overview of your company
•My cases now shows the cases belonging to your account, with the correct status and next step. You can also create a new case from My page.
•My profile, My company, My employees and Privacy and access clearly show what is available for your account and role.
•My page now confirms your role in the active company, so the correct options appear for owners, contributors and readers.
•Company owners can invite staff, change roles and follow up invitations in the sign-in portal. Safety rules prevent the last owner from being removed accidentally.
•If a service cannot be reached, the website clearly tells you instead of displaying sample data as if it were real.
Version 3.10
Notifications in the top menu and a clearer My page
•The notification bell is now in the top menu, so you see new notifications anywhere on the website, not just in My page.
•My page and the sign-in portal look alike and use the same terminology, so you feel at home when moving between them.
•You can find events you have registered for under My events in My page.
•The account menu is now in Norwegian.
•This page has been rewritten: release notes are in Norwegian and explain what is new for you instead of repeating developer notes in English.
Version 3.9
A new homepage for My page
•My page opens with a new overview of your services, showing which company and role you are signed in with.
•Shortcuts are grouped as they are in the app: Services, You, Company and Privacy.
•The menu follows the content as you scroll instead of stretching across the entire window.
Version 3.8
My page follows our brand design
•Every page in My page now has its own heading, so you always know where you are.
•The signed-in user and Log out have moved to the bottom of the menu, where you expect to find them.
•The menu now has icons, making it easier to use when narrow.
Version 3.7
My page with account and company overview
•My page brings your account and the company you represent together in one place.
•You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page; all we need is your email address.
•You are no longer accidentally signed out while browsing the website.
•Notifications take you to the correct conversation.
Version 3.6
Order products directly from the website
•You can order a product directly from the pricing plan on its product page. We will contact you to complete the order.
•Product pages show contract terms, service levels and guarantees, with a link to the official agreement.
•If we have held a webinar about the product, its recording is on the product page. If the webinar has not taken place yet, you can register there.
•Guides related to a product are gathered on its product page.
•Features and specifications have been reorganised to make products easier to compare.
•Events in overviews show the date, location, format and price directly on the card.
•Vacancies and contact people show their photos again, and the employment type appears in Norwegian.
•Empty paragraphs and headings without content are no longer displayed.
Version 3.5
Learn: guides, questions and documentation in one place
•The new Learn section brings together guides, FAQs and system documentation in Norwegian, with navigation that works on mobile.
•Each area of expertise now has its own topic page gathering everything we have published about it.
•Search understands Norwegian specialist terms and synonyms, and finds the right content even when a word is misspelled.
•You can now find our colleagues in search and Ask AI, making it quicker to reach the right person.
•Employee pages have been tidied up with clearer navigation, contact cards with email and phone details, and better readability in dark mode.
•Customer stories are published as separate pages, linked to the customer, project and products they describe.
•Solution pages show the customer references related to each solution.
•Videos load faster, with better thumbnails and a new vertical video view.
•Articles now have summaries, estimated reading times and a more readable mobile layout.
•Content prepared with the help of artificial intelligence is clearly labelled.
•Our design manual is published with the logo, colours, typography and downloadable files.
•Contrast, keyboard navigation and screen reader support have improved following an accessibility review.
Version 3.4
Accessibility statement and removal of outdated content
•We have published an accessibility statement showing how our website meets the requirements of the Norwegian regulations on universal design of ICT solutions.
•Expired articles and job adverts disappear from overviews, search and filters, so you do not get results for content that no longer applies.
•Pages load faster as you browse: content appears immediately while the rest loads.
•Updated security and a newer underlying platform version.
Version 3.3
Natural read-aloud voices and notifications in My page
•Read aloud now uses natural Norwegian speech, highlighting the text word by word as it is read. You can leave it playing in the background while doing other things.
•Notifications in My page let you know about messages and tasks, reply directly, mark tasks as complete and start new conversations with us.
•Links to prosesspilotene.no open in the app if you have it installed.
Version 3.2
Have content read aloud
•You can have articles and other pages read aloud using the Read aloud button, without installing anything.
Version 3.1
