Vercel – servicenivåavtale (SLA)

Kompensasjonen utgjør 10 % av månedsvederlaget ved oppetid mellom 99,1 % og 99,98 %, 25 % ved oppetid mellom 95 % og 99 %, og 50 % ved oppetid under 95 %. Samlet kompensasjon er begrenset til 50 % av månedsvederlaget.

Krav må fremmes innen 30 dager med underlagsdokumentasjon. Unntatt er nedetid som skyldes tredjepart, forhold hos kunden eller force majeure. Service credits er kundens eneste misligholdsbeføyelse etter avtalen.
