What does Microsoft 365 include?

• Office apps: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – on PC, Mac, web browsers, and mobile devices.
• Email and meetings: Outlook with Exchange Online, and Teams for meetings, chat, and calling.
• Files and collaboration: OneDrive for individual files, SharePoint for content owned collectively by the organization.

The licenses are linked to the apps

The plan determines which apps employees get and the level of security included. Business Basic provides browser-based apps, Business Standard adds locally installed apps, and Business Premium adds advanced security and device management. Copilot is available as a separate add-on license.
